Quality assurance is what we emphasize to make sure that all the jackets are meeting the desired standard. Even after such vigilance, we know that there is this possibility that the product can get defective or damaged. There could be several reasons for it. The majority of the reason lies in damage caused during transit of the item. If the customer wants to return or exchange the ordered product, then there are certain conditions that imply on the customer.
We offer 30 Days Return Policy.
At the North American Jacket, we make sure that the experience of online shopping is made easier at each step. But if, in any case, things go in an unexpected direction, then we have 30 days return policy. This Policy is for our customers, who get a defective piece or the wrong order. Moreover, the customers can contact us via live chat, through contact us page or via email [email protected], our customer support team is available to help you 24/7.
How Order Cancellation Works at NAJ
Although, we advise our customers to make orders with precision and surety. But still, if things don’t go as planned, then we offer order cancellation. In order to avoid inconvenience, the customer is advised to cancel the order within 24 hours. By doing so, the whole amount will be returned to the customer. Whereas, if they do not cancel the order within the time period of 24 hours, then the following conditions will be applied to them.
- If the cancellation is made after 24 hours, then 30% of the customer’s amount will be deducted.
- 50% will be deducted from the paid amount of the customer if the order is canceled 3 days prior to shipping.
- Although, here at North American Jackets, we consider the ambiguities that our customers might face. But we’re sorry to tell them that we do not consider any cancellation made after 3 days of order confirmation.
- If you want to cancel your order, you must make the request within 24 hours after placing the order. If the cancellation is made within 24 hours, the whole amount will be returned to the account of the customer, whereas, if the customer wants to cancel his/her order after 24 hours, the following conditions will be followed.
Here is what we offer in our Exchange Policy
Our exchange policy is quite flexible for our customers as we put them first. In case of an exchange, if you get the wrong color, size, or any defective article. We would take complete responsibility for the damage. In order to be applicable to this offer, our customer can contact our customer support representative through email, with some pictures of the defective article and order details. Also, the request for the exchange should be within 7 working days.
However, if the customer receives the package and the size doesn’t fit them due to the wrong measurements that they gave. We will exchange the item without charging extra money. But the customer would be asked to pay for the shipping and handling cost depending on the size and weight of the package.
What we have in our Return Policy
Our return policy at North American Jackets is quite mendable and flexible. As we care about the time and money that our customers put in. Also, we believe in making relations and mot just business, this is why we come with policies that would be easy of both the parties.
Here is what we have to offer in our return policy;
- This offer is not valid if the customer is ordering two products in the same size, color, and style.
- Our Return and Exchange policy does not work on orders that are custom-made. As these orders are made especially considering the requirements of the customer.
- If the customer wants to exchange a product, and the reason for the exchange lies on his side. Then the customer will have to bear the handling and shipping cost, which varies with the size and weight of the product.
- In case if the customer removes the tag from the product, we would not entertain Return, Exchange, and Refund.
- If the customer is making the request for return, exchange, or refund after 24 hours of receiving the product, then our Policy is not applicable.
- At North American Jackets, we ensure the quality of our product. Our quality team checks the size, color, and quality of the product before sending it to our customers. But even if you find defected item in your package, then you can contact our customer service provider and send the pictures of your defective item.

Here at North American Jackets, we do not charge our customers the shipping cost. But we are aware of the fact that every country has different customs policies and these policies and conditions would be dealt with by our customers.
